Individual Coaching Programme
Eight sessions spread out over 12 weeks. We know life can bring surprises or you might need more time between sessions. So, we've made the programme flexible to fit your schedule and give you the help you need, exactly when you need it.
All sessions are conducted via online video call, so we can work together wherever you’re located.
Initial assessment: We'll begin with a questionnaire to understand your current menopause experience, goals, and aspirations for the programme. This ensures our approach is tailored to meet your unique needs from the start.
Menopause Visioning Session – 90 Minutes (Session 1): Our first deep dive session explores your vision for navigating menopause with confidence. Together, we'll discuss various aspects of your lifestyle, routines, and nutrition, laying the groundwork for our journey ahead.
Individual Coaching Sessions – 60 Mins (Sessions 2-7): Throughout the programme, we'll meet virtually every two weeks for personalised coaching sessions. These sessions provide a confidential and supportive space to work through specific areas of focus and set actionable goals for progress towards your Menopause Vision.
Menopause Planning Session – 90 Minutes (Session 8): In our final session, we'll reflect on the progress made and develop a personalised action plan, incorporating insights and strategies gained throughout the programme, to support your continued growth and well-being.
Comprehensive Reset Guide: Access a comprehensive reset guide complete with bloat-free recipes and self-care exercises to support your physical and emotional well-being during menopause.
Top Tips and Guidance: Throughout the programme, you'll gain valuable insights into your hormones and their role in causing menopausal symptoms. We'll delve into understanding how hormonal changes impact your body and well-being, empowering you with the knowledge to effectively manage and alleviate these symptoms.
Weekly Check-ins: Receive weekly check-ins via email or voice notes to keep you motivated, accountable, and on track with your menopause goals. These regular check-ins serve as a valuable source of support and encouragement throughout the programme.
Private Confidential Space: Our coaching sessions offer a private, confidential, and safe space for you to explore your menopause journey, share openly, and receive support without judgment.
Your very own private supporter: As your dedicated menopause coach, I'm here to provide the encouragement and reassurance you need, especially during those moments when your confidence takes a hit. I'll remind you of your incredible strength and help you stay focused on the vision you have for yourself.

8 Week Group Coaching Programme
If you're seeking connection with like-minded women and crave a supportive community, then the Own Your Menopause Group Coaching Programme might be just what you're looking for. This programme provides a nurturing environment where you can draw inspiration from others and receive valuable support. It's a space where you can enjoy the companionship of fellow group members while experiencing your menopause journey together.
All sessions are conducted via online video call, so we can work together wherever you’re located.
If you love the idea of joining the Own Your Menopause Group Coaching Programme but think you might need some extra support along the way, don't worry! You have the option to add on some individual coaching sessions with me. Please get in touch if you feel this is for you.

Our private WhatsApp group is where you'll love to hang out! Ask anything, connect with me and other members of the group, and share your successes!
Private Confidential Space: Our coaching sessions offer a private, confidential, and safe space for you to explore your menopause journey, share openly, and receive support from me and others in the group without judgment.
Your very own private supporter: As your dedicated menopause coach, I'm here to provide the encouragement and reassurance you need, especially during those moments when your confidence takes a hit. I'll help cultivate a supportive group dynamic and facilitate meaningful discussions, ensuring each participant feels empowered and supported on their menopause journey.
